No Amount Of Time Or Break Will Change Norwich’s Defence

If Arsenal’s defence were said to have capitulated against Manchester City on Wednesday, Norwich City’s defence took that to a whole other level. The 3rd goal, from Nathan Redmond, demonstrated this stronger than anything, as he practically strolled past Timm Klose and tucked the ball casually into far bottom corner.

It was a performance that highlighted the problem that Norwich have had all season and one that, if Daniel Farke is to stay on, will need to be addressed imminently once the transfer window opens. At this rate, sides in the Championship will be relishing a trip to Carrow Road, strikers will be licking their lips at the prospect, which is not what they want should they seek a swift return to the top tier.
